Linda Wang, Partner. She holds LB and MBA degrees from Peking University.She has more than 11 years experience in audit, tax and advisory fields. She used to be a member of the Horwath Beijing OG team, which was appointed as the official auditors of the 2008 Olympics organising committee. She can speak fluent Mandarin and English.
Ms. Wang is a member of China M&A Association. She is also appointed as a Member of Council of Beijing Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment. (An agency of Bejing Government)
Grace Lin, Partner. Grace has over 12 years experience in external auditing, financial management and business advisory. She was also involved in financial due diligence.She can speak fluent Mandarin and English.
She has advised and assisted many foreign investors who plan to invest in China on regulatory, tax, accounting and compliance issues. Grace has performed numerous audits for the foreign invested enterprises in China. She has developed extensive experience and acquired strong knowledge on PRC and IFRS.
